All of our events have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to attend. Some events may have a higher age requirement but this will be clearly communicated in the event details.

Yes, valid, government-issued, photo ID is required to enter our events. This includes passports, driving licenses, and government-issued ID cards.

For most of our events, there isn't a strict dress code - just look good and feel comfortable! If a specific event has a dress code, we will clearly communicate this in the event information.

The event timings are listed in the event information. Some of our events have a last entry time which will be clearly communicated in the event information.

We don't operate a Lost and Found but many of our venues do. If you lose an item, please contact the venue directly.

We play old and new school RnB from across the decades as well as throwback tracks. Come catch a vibe with us!

When tickets are sold out, it means that all available tickets are gone. To keep everyone safe and manage the venue capacity, we don't currently operate waiting lists.

We do not offer refunds unless the event has been cancelled or the date has been moved.

We give out the inflatable microphones and other items at our events.
